The Farm is a detached home set in a small village in the Vale of Glamorgan, about eight miles from Bridgend and 10 miles from Cardiff.
There will be at most four young people living there. Bridgend has an array of leisure facilities with swimming, gymnasium, indoor sports hall for football, and spa facilities. There are also football and rugby clubs close by as well as youth clubs. Apart from sports there are other activities available; for shopping Cardiff city centre is the place to visit as it has a large range of shops to suit all.
Other activities easily accessible are cycling, horse riding, fishing, golf, hill walks, bowling and the cinema; which I’m sure you’ll enjoy. Places to visit nearby include Ogmore Vale, Barry Island, The Welsh Hawking Centre, Porthkerry Country Park, Porthcawl Beach and Fair, Kenfig National Nature Reserve and St Fagans National History Museum.
The Farm is in easy reach of Cardiff Bay where you can take a boat ride or visit Techniquest as well as several sporting activities such as ice skating, white water rafting or swimming at Cardiff International Pool
